Bridging the Intention Behavior Gap
Jan 8th, Feb 27th, March 20th  at the  City of Elk Grove City Hall

Leaders and employees work together, in facilitated groups to develop communal values and draft a diversity vision for the City of Eureka. Rather than leaders imposing a vision, a collaborative session encourages engagement and returns a more passionate commitment to the vision.  The result of this session is a working Values and Vision Statement. This is a full-day session with three facilitators.

Finding Cooperation Through Procedural Justice ​
November 14th  at the Secretary of State Facility, Chicago

Cooperation is the key to any thriving society. In order to build cooperative relations a system of, mutual respect, fairness and transparency is a must.  Berké and his colleagues at Daylight Justice will be teaching in Cook County on the power of procedural justice. Based on four central principles: "treating people with dignity and respect, giving citizens 'voice' during encounters, being neutral in decision making, and conveying trustworthy motives," procedural justice provides a pathway to  healthy and engaged communities.

Breaking the Mold Seminar

An interactive workshop designed to help you discover your vision for your life. Life Coach & Speaker Berké Brown will deliver a speech on breaking the mold and finding your calling.
