Berké Brown is a psycho-motivational keynote speaker, behavioral scientist, and founder of both Berké Brown International LLC and Fogbreak Justice LLC. Known for transforming stages into catalysts for clarity and culture change, he helps audiences unlock peak performance through the psychology of motivation, leadership, and human behavior.
Awarded summa cum laude for his groundbreaking research at UC Berkeley, Berké developed the RAISE Model and Drive Equation—field-tested frameworks used by Fortune 500 companies, city governments, and international teams to drive retention, purpose, and performance from the inside out. His approach blends cognitive science, real-world application, and human-centered design to create cultures that last.
