Expertise |
During his time at UC Berkeley, he was awarded three grants to engage in research on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. His research focused primarily on the psycho-motivational forces of change with a strong emphasis on values-based motivation. This work culminated into a thesis of which he received Highest Honors and the development of a UC Berkeley course on the psychology of behavior change and wellness. It is with the knowledge gained over the years that Berké has been able to provide successful services that truly work to tap at the hearts of the individuals and organizations and create genuine and vibrant cultures that are human-centric and internally motivated.
