Speaking & TeachingBerké is an inspirational speaker and an expert on intrinsic motivation. His method marries the power of motivational speaking with actionable and realistic tools that transmute internal motivation into a way of living . His expertise stems from his BA research and thesis on Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation in which he received Highest Honors. He has since developed and taught a UC Berkeley course on the psychology of behavior change and health. He now teaches speaks throughout the country teaching companies and individuals to tap into their mission vision and values to create the motivation to build the life and organization they desire.

Motivational ResearchBerké's sponsored research aims to identify which internal and external motivational factors deter and promote consistent positive health behavior, by examining the roles that both social and physical environments play in helping individuals maintain lasting habits of health. It is his hope that this project contributes to the body of knowledge in behavioral psychology and ultimately aids in efforts to facilitate environments that nurture positive motivators that improve overall wellbeing.
